💡 Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective or damaged)

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final-sale items

📦 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@evername.co with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

3. Ship the item back to the address provided in the instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

💵 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. For all other cases, please request a return and place a new order.
